What are rental conditions?

The rentals start on which day?
In Paris, your stay can commence on any day you wish.
What is the minimum stay?
This depends on the property owners. In general the minimum stay is 7 days, but is it possible to look into any request for a shorter stay.
How and when do I pay?
You must pay an advance of 50% of the rental when you sign the order form.
You then pay the remaining 50% one month before you arrive.
The payment must be made in cash, travelers’ check, bank transfer or credit card (VISA, Mastercard and AMEX) to WELLDONE PROPERTIES. Furthermore, a deposit (the amount varies according to the apartment) is compulsory (this is not cashed).
Which services are included?
The rental fee includes the following services:
- The stay in the premises for the agreed period.
- A personal welcome.
- A bottle of wine on arrival*
- Bed linen and bath towels
- A guidebook of local recommendations (transports, restaurants, museums, etc.)*
- A bilingual English/French concierge service open everyday from 9am to 7pm.*
- Receipt of documents on your behalf at our agency (fax...)
- Unlimited free phone calls to Europe, USA and Canada.
- Wi-fi internet.
*Only available for those apartments in Paris. The villas offer specific services (see details sheet).
What information is provided by the concierge service*?
The bilingual English/French concierge service is available everyday from 9am to 7pm. You can obtain information regarding your rental contract and the following elements:
- Car with driver
- Home catering
- Extra cleaning
- Babysitting
- Chef at home
- French lessons
- Massage and yoga at home or at another location
- Tourist information
- Reservations (restaurants, theater, shows, sporting activities...)
We are not a travel agency and for this reason we cannot arrange flights or train tickets.

Do I need to take out property insurance to rent an apartment?
The property owner’s insurance covers damage to the tenant and his/her possessions in the event of fire, explosion or flooding. The insurer will also cover the tenant’s responsibilities and any claims made by neighbors or third parties.
Do I need to take out personal insurance?
The tenant must be covered by his/her own personal insurance or that of a travel agent for the duration of the stay. WELLDONE PROPERTIES cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by negligence on the part of the tenant.
