Reservation and payment
How do a reserve an apartment or villa?
You choose one or several apartments that interest you on our website and you send us an email.
We will look into the availability of the properties you have selected and will reply to you via email. If one of the villas or apartments that you have chosen is already reserved, we will propose another property that may be of interest to you.
When you wish to reserve, we will send you the contract via email.
To reserve an apartment or villa:
Firstly you must print out the contract and send it back to us, signed on each page and the form completed, by fax (+33 (0)9 58 17 42 65) or scanned by email (fabrice.lobet@welldone.fr). Do not forget to specify your payment method for the advance payment. We will pre-reserve the apartment for a maximum of 10 days while we await the payment and the contract. We will then send you the confirmation of your reservation.
Once the contract is signed, what happens next?
We will send you the details sheet for your apartment specifying the address, the arrival and departure date, entry instructions, codes, name of your contact at WELLDONE PROPERTIES and any other important information.
A member of the WELLDONE PROPERTIES team will accompany you to your apartment. Please advise us as early as possible of your arrival time.
Is it possible to prolong the stay?
Sometimes it is possible to prolong your stay. However, we cannot guarantee a prolonged stay if is not specifically requested. Your prolongation is guaranteed within two days if you request it during your stay and, of course, if the apartment is scheduled to be available after your departure. Outside of this two-day time limit, a prolongation cannot be guaranteed if you have not signed an amendment to your contract.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay by:
- Bank transfer
- Travelers check
- Cash
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Banking fees will be applied for credit card payments (see rental conditions)
How and when do I need to pay my deposit?
We will request a deposit for all our properties. You can provide us with your credit card number that will allow us to deduct any funds necessary in the event of any damages caused during your stay. In this case, the amount of the damages will be justified by an invoice and invoiced at cost price. If there are no damages, your banking details (stored on our secure server) will be destroyed.
If you do not wish to provide us with your bank details, you can always leave the amount in cash with our agent upon your arrival.
Once our agent has checked the apartment or villa, if the inventory is validated, the deposit will be returned to you in the month following your departure or at the latest, within two months, in accordance with French law (Décret Exécutif Français of 8th January 1993).
The deposit amount due on arrival varies according to the different properties.
What other fees or charges must I pay?
You will not have to pay any electricity, gas, internet or telephone bills.*
*Only available for those apartments in Paris. The villas offer specific services (see details sheet).
How much are the agency fees?
The prices indicated on the website and in your contract are inclusive of agency fees.
