WELLDONE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES offers property owners a high quality service to assist you in the day-to-day management and maintenance of your apartment.

WELLDONE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES can provide the following services for your property:

Key safekeeping:

We keep the keys of the properties we manage safely in our secure premises and place them at the disposal of owners, tenants or guests as soon as they are needed.

Administration:

  • We manage the weekly collection of mail, which is subsequently scanned and sent via email.
  • General bills (electricity, telephone, etc.) can be paid in advance by Welldone in order to guarantee continuity of service. The bills are saved and invoiced to customers at the beginning of each month.
  • Each month, the customer receives a complete report on the activity related to his/her property managed by Welldone.

Direct advice:

  • A toll-free number is at your disposal as well as an e-mail address for customers, tenants or guests. A multilingual and friendly welcome awaits them. All requests are processed as quickly and as professionally as possible.
  • Any urgent requests are handled immediately by Welldone who will make the decision they believe to be best if necessary (water leaks, etc.)

Works:

  • Any repairs deemed necessary during visits to the property or that has been indicated to us by tenants will be taken care of immediately. A Welldone representative will be present to ensure the work is carried out efficiently and correctly. At the end of the work, a report is immediately sent to the property owner.
  • The customer will benefit from preferential prices negotiated by Welldone with its supplier network. If he/she wishes, the customer can give Welldone the authorization to organize and supervise all the work to be carried out.

Cleaning:

  • Welldone can also organize the management of regular or occasional cleaning in accordance with arrivals and departures in the property.
  • Cleaning will be charged at 21€ an hour (exclusive of tax) in addition to a monthly subscription fee.

Checking visits:

  • A Welldone representative will go to the property at least once a month. These visits will be necessary to pick up mail, make a general inspection of the premises, welcome visitors if needed, deliver keys, etc. Given reasonable notice, a Welldone representative can make a visit to the property any day of the week, including on public holidays.
  • Each additional visit will be billed in addition to the monthly subscription.

Concierge service:

  • Property owners and guests can contact Welldone for any request they may have. Our teams will do their very best to satisfy the needs of customers. Simple concierge services such as taxi or table reservations, or suggested cultural or social activities in Paris, are included in the monthly subscription.
  • Just like in a high-quality hotel, all products or services (show tickets, driver, etc.) ordered that incur additional expenses will be billed to the customer separately.

Airport transfers:

  • On request, Welldone can provide a welcome service at the Parisian airports. A private bilingual driver in a luxurious vehicle will welcome passengers as they come through customs and, in exceptional circumstances, as they get off the plane.
  • Welldone customers will again automatically benefit from the range of negotiated prices for products and services. Prices vary according to the type of vehicle requested.
