How do we organize our arrival and departure from the airport/station?

We can arrange a personal chauffeur upon your arrival or departure at the airport or station. The cost of this service is based on the number of passengers, the date and the vehicle chosen. Please contact us if you wish to take advantage of this service.

How is the inventory on arrival and departure organized?

Whatever the day of the week, the inventory will be performed before 10am. The premises must be vacated on the day and at the time stipulated in the contract. You must call the agency two days before your departure to arrange the time for the inventory; by default it will take place at 10am. If an agent notices damage after your departure, we will inform you and we will deduct the necessary costs from your deposit.

How is the welcome organized?

A WELLDONE PROPERTIES agent will be waiting for you at the apartment in order to hand over the keys and show you the apartment. For the villas, an agent representing the agency will be sent.

What happens if I lose the keys?

Do not keep the keys and the property address in the same bag. Should the keys be lost, the cost for the tenant will range between and 500€ and 1000€ if we need to change the lock in order to guarantee the security of the apartment or villa.

Is there a safe in the apartments or villas?

Some of the apartments or villas feature a safe.

Are children younger than 10 years old accepted?

For most of the apartments, children below 10 years old are welcome. Please check the restrictions on the details sheet for property.

Do the apartments have air conditioning and elevators?

The vast majority of our apartments feature air conditioning and elevators. Please check the restrictions on the details sheet for property.

How safe is the area?

Paris is a safe city. Furthermore, all our apartments are located in the most beautiful and safe parts of Paris. The same criteria apply to our villas.

Is it easy to cook in the properties?

The kitchens in our apartments and villas are very well equipped for preparing meals.

Are there shops near the apartments in Paris?

The apartments are ideally located in neighborhoods where restaurants, supermarkets, shops and public transport are close by.

Do we need to provide bed linen?

We provide clean bed linen in each of our apartments and villas. If you are staying more than 7 days, we will provide a second set of bed linen.

How clean is the apartment or villa?

The apartment or villa is cleaned before your arrival. During your stay, we request that you keep the property as clean as it was when you arrived. We can provide an additional cleaning service if you wish.

Is it possible for someone to look after our children?
